well dolphin bakery was opened somewehre in 2001-02.. how came u going for 8 years

That’s a good question. I’m pretty sure it was there in 2000 though.

this is more of question: when is the best time to visit quetta especially if you want to experience the snowfall.

End December to January is the best time for snowfall.

A bit late to the party but I am pretty sure we did a lot of our food stuff shopping at the Dolphin Bakery in 2000 enroute to Khunjerab.
